Shipping/Delivery Options

All orders are shipped using UPS or another Insured Shipper we trust to promptly deliver your order. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances.

Shipping in the USA is $9.00 for up to the first 3 items, and $1.00 per item thereafter.

Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request.

We do offer International Shipping. Inquire about Rates before ordering please.

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please send us an e-mail or call 888.Ask.Essa Vmail #1 with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. Shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged. Concerns about ordering online? Return Policy
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
