How do you know you are low on Iodine? Get a bottle of EXTERNAL ONLY IODINE - and dab a quarter size smear of the red stuff on the sole of one foot - It should still be there 1-3 days later (if you don't soak it off in the tub or shower). IF YOU ARE LOW ON IODINE - your body will absorb it quickly anyway it can get it! Check the sole of your foot often to see how long it takes to absorb the color. Thre faster it is absorbed, the lower your present iodine level is!
